看到平时少有参与的一些同学们在24 game里脱颖而出后,我们又找到另外一个游戏,不仅能寓教于乐,既学数学又通过游戏学英文,而且给更多同学创造机会,发掘自身潜力,以兴趣带动学习, 那就是数独

After the 24 game was introduced to Deyi Wanxiao, we have noticed it has encouraged more students who used to be shy and quiet during class to come forward to the stage. Sudoku, a game played simply with a paper and a pen, perfectly fits our needs, especially after Mrs. Zhang was told students from Deyi Wanxiao barely knew about Sudoku.

Cambridge University hosted a study that discovered that Sudoku improves the memory capacity of the developing mind, and it is especially seen in children aged 7 to 11. 

Despite the misconception out there that Sudoku is a mathematical game, it is actually a game that’s based on logical thinking and a fantastic tool for teaching young children the skill of abstract reasoning. 

教之前在课堂上做了小调查,很少同学听说过数独。这个只需要纸和笔的游戏和传统的填字游戏类似, 但数独不需要填字谜那样的语言技巧和文化知识,甚至也不需要复杂的数学能力。因为它根本不需要加减乘除运算。 9×9个格子里,已有若干数字,其它宫位留白。但因为只使用1到9的数字,所以同学们可以在课间休息,睡觉前,周末的时候随时可以玩。

We started with 4*4 Sudoku and all students showed us much interest, patience and focus.  We hope all students can learn how to draw on calmness, patience, and focus at other times when it is required in life, not just while playing Sudoku.

在网课上我们从4*4数独问题开始, 每个同学都睁大眼睛认真观察,看得出他们的耐心和细心。 六年级和五年级同学们都非常快速的给出了答案,展示出良好的逻辑推理能力。

为勇敢又算得快的这六年级同学点赞!
